Use of props to ignite intelligence and inwardness is experienced. Poses are given in a restorative but alert manner.
In this method, restorative practice is best after one has gained a practice of basic standing asana. This class is recommended for students who have practiced months Iyengar Yoga for at least four months with a CIYT (Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher). Not recommended for true beginners.
Yoga for Youth & Teens
Several of our teachers have experience teaching children. For groups of 7 or more, we can provide classes for youth ages seven and up. Contact us if you have a group, we will provide the teacher. For youth new to yoga, start in Level I or I-II. Teens welcome.
